Right from the start, the owner and project manager were incredibly responsive and attentive. They listened carefully to our vision, offered thoughtful suggestions without being pushy, and provided a detailed quote that was transparent and fair—no hidden fees or surprises along the way. Communication was top-notch; I received regular updates via text and email, complete with photos of the progress, which kept us in the loop even when we couldn’t be on-site.
