We talk with our new customers about how they would like to use a robotic mower to mow their lawn. We talk about advantages of using it and coming up with a plan as well as we do a site visit to see all of the challenges of the yard. After all the challenges of the yard are discovered, we provide a quote for the mower along with the installation quote. The customer would then schedule a date for the install of their robotic mower. We call Ohio 811 and schedule them 48 hours before the install appointment and then we come out to install the robotic mower and set it up for operation on the install appointment. 

We have a team of people who have all been trained in how to install the Husqvarna's Automower line of robtoic mowers. Each team lead has complete Husqvarna's Automower Training course and is an expert in robotic mower set up and operation. During the install appointment we take the time to highlight the most useful features of the Automower as well as show the new owner how to operate their new robotic mower. We also come back to make adjustments as need after a week of operations. 

We do have a standard pricing system. Each robotic mower has their MSRP and we have a choice off install packages for each of the homeowners. Our install packages include different levels of maintenance as well as a winter storage option. 

Since 2002, we have been working on repairs of regular gas and electric mowers. As of 2018 we found that robotic mower are being introduced by every major mower manufactor, and they are all trying to get the knowledge out to the market that robotic mower is not only the future of lawn mower but a product for today's life. After our discussion with Husqvarna, we became an authorized dealer for their Automower line of robotic mower. Husqvarna's Automowers are simply the best mowers. It's fully autonomous operation allow the mower to mow your lawn and charge itself as need. Freeing up your time relax and do more fun activities. 

We work with everyone to create the a custom solution for each of our customer's individual situation, property, and life. Using a robotic lawn mower allows our customers to free up their weekend from the chore of mowing their lawn. And taking full advantage of a robotic mower means the lawn will never become unmowed. 

My advice for any customer looking to hire someone is to use websites like Angie's List as a reference first. These independent reviewers can be quite revealing. Also, look for a company willing to explain their own process.
