I enjoy helping in a field where a lot of people get very bad service and or get charged a lot more then they should. I can sleep at night knowing i have done everything i can for the customer and know from 24 years of experience that i took care of them for a fair price and my moto is if I can't fix it right I won't fix it at all. I don't do hack jobs.
A lot of my customers have been satisfied with me traveling to them and doing repairs it saves them time and money.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out everything they have issues with by asking as many questions as possible so i can make sure I handle everything they are asking for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High school shop class small engine repair and vacational/ college school for certification and also get recertifications every two years from all manufacturers on the new updated products being in production or already out on market. Epa certified as well.
