What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers typically place a call to schedule a free estimate. Once the area and job scope are assessed, a free estimate is provided. Once the estimate is accepted a contract is formed and work is scheduled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified master installer of Allan Block Wall block and Reading Rock Pavers.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There is no standard pricing as each yard is unique to the demands of service.
How did you get started in this business?
Frustrated that I could not find a good reliable landscaping company that was reasonably priced. I figured if I couldn't find one, then I would be one.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I worked with High-end commercial contracts and low-end commercial contracts. I have worked on Private estates and have worked on the average person's house. Basically, we are able to do about any job large or small.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The best advice to hire a pro is to make sure they are not taking shortcuts. In our industry, many shortcuts can be performed to give the homeowner a cheap price. This will be very costly for a homeowner in the long run.

What are their time frame, expectations, and budget planned for the project?
