What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

With new clients, I will meet the pet and the owner at the home where I will be primarily taking care of the pet.  We will complete a simple questionaire and talk about the different services I offer Get to know them as well them know me and have them decide if I'm a good fit for them and their pets. Together we will come up with a custome plan that's right for you

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I went to the University of Cincinnati for nursing but am now a stay at home mom.  With 2 kids and having such a wide variety of pets throughout my childhood/adult life, it has been great preparation in caring for animals.  I've been pet sitting Grooming and volunteering since I was a little kid started off doing it for neighbors at a very young age then non-profits , I've always sanctioned and fostered none of my own home to the point where people just drop them off at my house. I've traveled to Costa Rica high school to release sloaths into the wild, I rode for UC's equestrian team the first year they had it.  I volunteer at  DCCH. I help take care of and feed the horses as well as train the horses to be riden as therapy for the foster and troubled youth children who partake in the program.

To this day- mine and my kids life's Revolve majority  around having to do with animals and helping animals in someway shape or form. Even the hard stuff i.r. Building pins to rescue pigs from a nightmare hoarding situation, or  lead Volunteer programs that focuses on helping kids learn safety, how to identify and cope with feelings, build e'ective communication skills, set boundaries, overcome fears, and trust.  All from the therapy of riding horses, And then having to shovel up all the horses poop

to identify and cope with feelings, build e'ective communication skills, set
boundaries, overcome fears, and trust.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Pricing varies on the animal/#of animals.  It also depends on how much time/what services you would like me to provide for your beloved pet.  These things include:

I provide an upscale, personal, one on one experience. I am a great option for customers looking for someone to take care of their animals while they are at work and their pets needs exercise and attending or on vacation but don't feel comfortable removing the animal from their home/dropping the pet off at a strange location.  I also have clients that may be elderly or disabled and can not give their pet/aquarium/farm the attention it needs.  I promise to give your home the respect it deserves and always leave the home/pet cleaner than I found it!

Are usually like to use just a flat rate to keep it simple and cheap I like to be able to help our fellow animal lovers As much as possible as I would appreciate it if it was me and I do need it as well. especially if you use me frequently the better lower costs I'm able to go. I will not tack on add-on and out on an add-on prices you will see I'm just that type of person that goes above and beyond what you ask for so that you're happy with what type of service you are receiving and care without being asked or charged but if there is something That I didn't think to do or that I've missed don't hesitate to mention it or bring it up to me

How did you get started in this business?

I had started doing this probably since I was in the second grade on my own for neighbors I'm just word of mouth that I had just didn't more and more and longer and longer - With my love for animals, I decided that this business opportunity is a perfect fit for my family and I.
as a full on single mother of two children I get to do something that I love and I'm proud of doing while being able to support and be the person that actually raises my kids and not have to pay somebody else to raise my kids so it allows me to be around them and do more things with them.

We saw a desperate need for trustworthy ladies/gentleman in the animal care industry.  My kids are able to come with me to certain clients homes thankfully and volunteering in our house is full of animals at all times as well as everyone in my family's homes are for the pets so we are definitely a pet family and I love being able to teach my kids all about animals and instilling the love and care and compassion that I have for them I want them as well as the science factor in portion of it of the learning to them as well

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with all different kinds of pets, customers, farms and home environments, special needs adults and children, wild life, big and small hazardous endangered rare every day all types of different shelters and work volunteer at a pig rescue, horse rescue and orphan therapy program bird exotics, as long as you have the animals best interest at heart I'm trying to make everything  better for the animals and the kids and everyone involved I will do whatever I can possible to help out any situation  I welcome all calls/texts/emails if you have any questions.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Going through and updating this now it being April in a big event near and dear to my heart that I have always tried to volunteer at since the get go in anyway shape or form, is my furry valentine that I just helped for eight days straight in the transportation of pets from different states to be available and ready for adoption

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure you meet with the pro,or any person you are going to hire, or have in your home, and around your pets, at least once prior to them working for you or even twice prior to using their service to make sure they are a good fit for you and your animals. Do not feel bad for having cameras inside and outside of your home  when you're not there To monitor your loved ones. If I was hiring somebody I would do the same thing when it comes to my pets and or children Especially when it comes to using somebody for the first time.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

I charge one flat rate I don't charge an extra for this an extra for that extra exclamation  exclamation. .....I would just make sure that Services you are receiving are transparent to what you are exactly paying for and being charged  daily/trip/30:hr

Don't just assume it's one flat rate find out if it's extra per pet extra per trip if you're getting charged per hour if you're getting charged to take out the trash or to play with the pet, ask what the difference is if they travel to you daily or if the Pet stays with them or if they stay at your home for the duration of the pet sitting there's always options etc.
