FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once a customer requests a quote we will either look their property up on google to provide quote or we will meet with customer at their property to discuss pricing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in and out of this profession since high school. Have been in business on my own for 3 years.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.

30.00 minimum price for mowing. Prices are based on size of yard and amount of trimming.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Worked for a large company right out of high school.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential and commercial. Elderly to busy business people. Large homes and small city lots. We cover it all.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We redesigned the front landscaping at Ken Tool in Akron, Ohio. Project took us about a month because we were also working with customer and other contractors who were performing work around the building.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Cheaper is not always better. Someone may be 5.00 cheaper than us but that doesnt mean they will provide the level of quality and be as reliable as our company. In the past 3 years we have had 1 rain day. We mow rain or shine. We do not mow in downpours or thunderstorms

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What type of equipment we use. What do they do if it rains all day.
