Well first we make a fast and friendly no obligation estimate of their potential project.
Second we go over there expectations get to know them a little bit personally.
And then finally we agree on the terms and conditions and all the professional mumbo jumbo and then get busy building the kitchen or bath if their dreams.

I have an associates degree from kent state university in Business management. I have over 25 years of field experience and 15 of that In a leadership owner position. I'm a certified licensed contractor in the state of Ohio. I

We do have a standardize pricing sheet. We stay well within the national average and local price guidelines.
How did you get started in this business?
I started at a young age of 9 cutting Caps in roofs formy dad. When I was a little older I moved in to the swimming pool construction is where I learned my concrete, plumbing, grading, leveling, attributes. Then I was offer d a position on winter with a friend if mine in the remodeling industry and let's just say the rear is history.
