Here at handy zinn services we go above and beyond for our customers. We not only want customers but repeat customers. If we have repeat customers that means we are doing our job right.

I have been doing home construction for 28 years and we can do almost anything our customers might need done. We are proffesional, courteous and very reasonable. We are not looking to get rich but just want to make a living for our families while making you a proud home owner for your family.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss your project by phone and get to know what idea for your project you have. 2nd is setting up a meeting time and get together and discuss project and come up with a plan. 3rd we will work up drawings and get your project priced. 4th if we are hired for the project then move forward
