What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet with the customer to do measurements and go over what the customer is wanting done.
Then the customer goes out to make their own product selection.
Then we schedule the installation date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 50 years experience in flooring installation and bathroom & kitchen remodels. We do continued educational training in the latest knowledge based applications.

Most of our work is custom installation so every project is priced according to the design.
How did you get started in this business?
I was a single mother of 3 under the age of 6 when I bought my first house. I couldn't afford to hire anyone for any updates. Therefore every year I would save to do 1 project and my father would show me how.
