We use a variety of estimate software, production rates, degree of difficulty, products to be used, and amount of peeper action to come up with our proposals.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have work with clients from a diverse spectrum. Some of my favorites have been working on a professional teams stadium, principals, well established doctors, and restaurants that we frequent.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Let price be a determining factor but do not let it be the only factor.  Proper Preparation and using quality products can cost more initially but will pay for themselves over the life of your home.

Many companies sub contract your job to another contractor and you never know who you are going to get. We do not use subcontractors.
