My name is hassene Fadigha, working with me is a great opportunity because I’m very friendly and I have great work ethics, I really like working specifically meeting new people and interacting with them about work. I do my work and go above and beyond, really like everything I do, I follow instructions and I’m very respectful and treat everybody like the way I want to be treated. I’m a good leader and I lead people in a way that is not bossy or offensive, I can work with people while being there leader but it does not feel like it because I don’t make myself feel like I’m the leader but just like one of them because that is part of being a leader because people can sometimes work in a different way other then there regular Habits just because a leader is around them and sometimes it’s nothing but pressure. And specially because I worked in this domain for 7 years and I noticed (from past companies that I worked with) that employees only take consideration to the quantity of the money and not the quality of the work done. I’m really mindful to the quality of my work and that is one of my etiquettes.

In conclusion, my work ethic is my honor and I will continue to fulfill it to the best of my abilities.
