What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like good old fashioned face to face interaction but we also work with a lot of out of town investors, do we don't mind a ton of pictures and videos. Our walkthrough process will be our first step, where we will compile all the data we need to create a scope of work. Once the scope is established, we present to owner. At this point any and all adjustments can be made. The invoice will follow and dates/times will be set.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have thousands of hours logged as an apprentice and project manager over the years. Plumbing, flooring and paint professionals have guided me into the role I have of business owner and manager of a major local corporation.
