We have been in business since 2004 we love what we do and we love the people that we work for. Or Chris customer service is the best that you were fine. From our communication, to our estimates, scheduling, coordinating the customers projects, and providing the best quality workmanship there is!
We are certified and renovating right with lead based paint, we are part of the PDCA and provide the suburbs of Cleveland with our painting services. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we like to set up a convenient time to come out and look at the project. Once we have looked at the project we will provide a typed proposal within 24 hours of the estimate. We either email you the proposal or mail you the proposal. Then we like to follow up within 48 hours to see if the customer has any questions or concerns in regards to the proposal. Once we receive the signed contract we call the customer to confirm that we received a small deposit and the signed paperwork. At that time, we will schedule the work to be performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees go through a background check, a drivers license check and go through a two week training course provided within our company. This way we provide the most professional painters.
Everyone of our painters go through a performance review every quarter to make sure that their skill sets and their professionalism is being maintained.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do not have a standard pricing system. Every project is extremely different and we approach it as if it's our one and only project. We find that by looking at the project before hand and pricing each individual project on its own gives the customer the best quality, service and efficiency.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all kinds of customers! No job is too small no job is too big!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always make sure that the contractor has proper liability insurance and that all workers are covered under workers comp.
