We service & repair all makes & modles, GAS , DIESELS & PROPANE EQUIPMENTS & GENERATORS

We do not take your equipment and sit on it ,when we take it we work on it. Our turn around average 7 to 10 days if not sooner

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try to find out in detail the problems of the equipment ,the sintoms ,& give the customer a honest suggestion

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing is baced on the time schedule from the suppliers, for eg, if warrenty is paying 1hr. to remove & replace a fly-wheel we charge 1hr. @ $70.00 /hr. (note) if the equipment is old or rusted then a price will be worked out with the customer after the work is diagnosed by our shop. should the customer says no then we do not try to talk the customer into doing the work. for eg. if the repairs will cost 60% of the cost of a new product we recomend to the customer to buy a new product. He or She do not have to buy it from us
How did you get started in this business?
I have a City & Guilds Certificate in farm machinery from University of London ,I worked with heavy equipment for several years. retired & are doing something I like to do
