What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

All customers get asked the same question to better help in the repair process of their equipment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

20+ years of experience working on small engines. Specializing in commercial equipment, Honda equipment, and Toro equipment.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Repair prices are per job. Some repairs have a flat fee including carburetor rebuild service, tune ups, blade sharpening and balance.

How did you get started in this business?

I started when I was young as a small landscaper. My equipment broke down and didn’t have means to take it anywhere so I had to teach myself how to repair the equipment. Landscaping stopped and small engine repair started.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Most of my current customers are Landscapers. I repair and maintenance their fleets. I also service residential homeowners equipment.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure they know what they are doing, not just what they say they can do ask for references if possible.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Repairtime turn around, Price.
