Giaco's Mower Shop

Everything was great except for the fact that when I called after several days to find out what the progress was concerning my repair, the person had no idea who I was, left the phone for 5 minutes and came back and stated that they were still waiting for parts. Two hours later the mower was fixed. Am I supposed to believe that after I hung up the parts miraculously appeared? This was the only blemish on an extremely positive experience.
