What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an in depth phone interview that helps us understand what the client is looking for and we follow that up with an in person visit to their home to help develop their request.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from decades of experience, we hire college educated designers and landscapers who are certified and have a passion for landscaping.
