my typical process for working with a new customer is scheduling a day We both are available getting an understanding of what exactly the client want done and making sure my client is comfortable satisfied and happy with the job that I do

I have training from the best my mother work with cleaning companies for many years and I did work with the Cleaning Authority for some professional cleaning experience

I charged according to how many rooms in the home how many bathroom if you want a deep clean or a regular cleam if the customer what a move out clean or move in clean
How did you get started in this business?
I am from West Africa I started cleaning since I could remember my mother made me clean the house and I realized I was really good at it so I've decided to make it my profession because I love cleaning
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have a realtor that I work with whenever he ready to sell a house I go in and clean before the house is saying that people that are interested I also work with homeowners people that live in apartments n also do office cleaning move out cleaning and so on
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I went to clean for a elderly mail his sister reach out to me for cleaning because the owner of the building he you live in was going to kick him out the old man that lived in the apartment was very depressed so he never took any trash out he never put any trash in the trash cans he had a lot of old food in the refrigerator there was just stuff everywhere and I understand because of his depression he he wasn't able to do anything so I actually clean his apartment for him organize everything did his laundry I just thought if his environment what's clean n looking better maybe it will help him feel a little better or even help him get out of his depressed stage
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise you to hire someone that love doing this kind of job someone that love to see the transformation in people homes and how happy they make them feel after cleaning
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I think customers should think through when they want there project done what time they want their project started and picking the right person for the job
