Micro Advantage is Northeast Ohio's Premier provider of Information Technology, Consulting and IP Telephony Services. Since 1982 our consultants have designed, deployed and maintained custom-tailored information technology and VoIP solutions.
Micro Advantage provides services in a wide array of disciplines - from network design and maintenance, to business processes and applications. We provide the expertise to help our clients automate business processes, enhance network services, and integrate communications that decrease costs while enhancing productivity. Our goal is to provide technological solutions that increase efficiency.

Recently we began an engagement with a new customer. Through implementation of a new voice-over-IP (VoIP) phone system, we were able to reduce their monthly recurring telephone costs substantially.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Research your options in hiring an IT company. Consider your personal needs. Be wary of free consultations as most experienced, frequently IT company value their time and value their time spent for consults and work in general.
