What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Customer calls office. Office Manager, David, then sets appointment. After we meet with customer, we email estimate.

To accept proposal, simply respond to email. Easy. Done.

Every job is different and requires different preparations so we do not have stock pricing.

How did you get started teaching?

We enjoy educating customers about our trades. Its our career and what we know best. We started the business in 1977 and it has simply snowballed every year.

After doing this work since 1977, it is fair to say we have worked with every imaginable customer : )

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We love saving our customers money! So many times they have gotten other estimates that are over-priced. All our estimates are extremely competitive-- a fair days work at a fair price!

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Never give contractors money upfront! We continue to hear horror stories about honest customers trusting contractors and giving them money "to buy materials" only to never see the contractor again. This stuff happens--a lot!

If a contractor needs needs upfront money he's not worth the hire--he should have accounts set up to charge the materials.
