What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a new customer name and chat to see if I've done any work for anyone we both know. It's amazing to me how fast word travels about ones work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although, I was taught Small Engine service, repair and rebuilding mainly by my Dad; I did take a course through Foley-Belsaw just to see where I stood....I Aced, every test they had.

I have Standard Rates I charge and I watch the market so, I know I’m staying competitive.
How did you get started in this business?
I never saw my Dad get stumped on any mechanical problem. I got interested in working on small engines through him.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all types. People with personal power equipment and commerciallandscapers My favorite are senior citizens.....oh! the stories they can tell!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
As a child, I always wanted a go-cart and now I’m building them!!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for a mechanic with lots of experience, can travel to you if need be and charges a fair price,
