I have been repairing and maintaining small engines, lawn equipment, and construction equipment for almost 10 years. I have several certifications in the industry, including Honda Small Engine Master Technician. I work on just about anything with a motor. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I need to know what problems you are having out of your tool or machinery. Then, I will explain my rates and diagnose the item. I will communicate the repair and labor costs so that you may determine if you would like the item repaired. I will always give my honest expert opinion and let you know if the item should be replaced instead of repaired from a cost-effective standpoint.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple certifications in this industry; including but not limited to, certified Metabo repairman, Honda Small Engine Master Technician, and more.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I have a standard hourly labor rate. Repair costs vary based on tool/equipment, parts needed, and labor time needed.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with many different types of companies and individuals. From your average family needing their lawn mower repaired to food trucks needing generator work, all the way to construction companies needing larger concrete vibrators or mag drills repaired or maintained. There's really no job too small.
