What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather information about machine and what is wrong with it. Schedule pickup time or delivery time. Diagnose machine and contact customer with quote for repairing machine.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father started a lawn care company in 1996 and I learned how to repair his equipment when it broke down. I worked for my father's business for 10 years repairing his equipment.

For pickup and delivery I charge $25 for push mowers and $50 for riding mowers
