Douglas and staff were professional in all manners. A full inspection of my Troy Built Riding Lawnmower. Ordered new parts that were needed, also did general maintenance . Pick up and delivery was on time and price for service and labor was excellent!! I will be referring family and friends to Hickss Small Engine Repair in the future. Thanks guys, Job well done!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on whether I pick up the mower or the customer drops the mower off. I go over the needed repair and the cost, then call the customer back with a cost for repairs. And they decide whether to fix or not.
