What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial communication will include finding out if our new customer is currently having an issue with their trailer or equipment and provide a summarization of our current specials, to include Free Pick Up and Delivery within 10 miles of the shop, Free Diagnostics and 10% Off All Labor, Tune-Ups and Service. Then we explain the items included in a Value Tune-Up and answer any additional questions they might have. This would be when we schedule them for a pick up or let them know that Walk-Ins are welcome and that we offer appointments outside of normal business hours for those working full-time and unavailable during the week from 8-5. Once we have the equipment, we provide an estimate for any necessary/recommended service and repairs to get approval before proceeding. Lastly, we provide Top Quality Service to each and every customer with Quick Turn-Around and the Best Rates in the Area.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 27 years experience in the industry, to include everything from small engine to large cranes, CATs, etc. We are an Authorized Warranty Servicing and Parts Dealer for a multitude of Top Brands for both Trailers and Small Engine/Outdoor Equipment.
