About
My step dad started our family lawn service when I was 13. M & G Lawncare; 1999-present...21 years. I also worked for my Uncle Byron Keeling's company KEELCON CONSTRUCTION, I started/ended in 2011-2015. I still help out whenever I can, it's always my pleasure to help out my uncle. From there I've worked for Clear Choice Facility Maintenance, we did the foundations and all the flat work for Drees and Fisher Homes. I worked from 2016-2018. I now work with Sunesis Construction, I'm a laborer/concrete finisher. It's heavy highway construction so we do it all there, very hard but productive and quality work is done.
In 2019 I started P.O.S.S, LLC where PROBLEMS ARE EASILY SOLVED. It was time for me to grow my own wings and show the great work that I produce. I've worked hard to master my craft so why not lead my company to victory!
I have a maintenance reward from a program I was in when I was younger. It was a good experience to have under my belt.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with a customer is to truly understand what they really want. From there we'll see what's needed material wise, so that I can price and get back with a quote. Usually I write out a contract for the material fee up front and the labor fee for when the work is done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the construction field 8 years going into my 9th. I'm still in the field outside of working for myself.
My family has owned a lawncare business for 21 years and I've been working there the whole time. 21 years of experience is what I have in this field.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes I usually charge by sq ft.
How did you get started in this business?
From years of experience in the fields for which I qualify.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All type: picky, nervous about the outcome because they can't picture the results, overly satisfied, hardballs that know they like the work but want let you know that, and etc.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
There are no questions to be thought through because you're paying your hard earned money. Ask as many questions as possible. A good pro will have all the right answers.
