What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Omni Tree and Landscape we like to personalize our service. We go to all new customers properties and evaluate the properties for any dangers, problems , or issues the customer may not be aware of. We discuss the issues we find with the customer. We find solutions to their problems that will fit their budget. Our evaluation and estimates are always free and you never pay for a service before its complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Urban Forestry fron Hocking College in Nelsonville Ohio. I am currently attending Ashland University for Environmental Science. Im specializing un organics and organic treatments. I hold several certifications from Tree Care Industry Association and the international Society of Arborculture as well as The National Association of Landscape Professionals. i attend several landscape and tree care seminars and trade shows each year to stay abres of current issues and practices. I train and teach tree care and climbing my employees.
