What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will usually call me to let me know they are interested in the services we provide. We then talk a little on the phone, I will give them a rough estimate , a couple of days later I will meet them in person at their house and actually getting a feel of the layout . Then I will give them a full estimate which is extremely cheap and it’s all satisfaction from there
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started mowing when I was 10 years old. Took several online classes on mowing and all the services I provide, so I am extremely comfortable with doing what your house needs to look amazing
