What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We always like to speak with customers face to face, and seeing what they would like done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 28 years of business experience, and training of osha on all outside and inside safety.

How did you get started teaching?

I use to work for a landscaping company back in 1987, loved it from that time till now.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

One of my customer was an older lady, and we always look after them, so one day I went to customer house to do work, and a roofer was putting up a new roof, and I talk to him, but two months later he was out putting up a roof again. So I went to my customer daughter's house and told her something isn't right. Come to find out he was about to take advantage of her, long story short, I believe he in jail, and we found out he was known to take advantage of older people. So I learned to watch out for them.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Always ask for references, and never go with the first price, and never give more then 10% down to do a job.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Are you reliable? Do you have insurance? how many people will be working at my house?
