What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself, ask for a tour and if the customer has any special requests. Then I do my cleaning routine starting one room at a time and always getting top to bottom.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning for about 5 years now and I have gained a lot of other skills through our the years.
