We do a job like it was personal!! Over 40 years in construction, industrial, city works projects, commercial, and residential. 20 years ago we decided to concentrate on more individual services to our customers. As a result, we are able to give a more personal touch and made many friendships along the way. This business model has given us the base for a successful company, as most of our business is repeat customers and referrals from our customers.
A great job done is always satisfying, and appreciated by the homeowner. We answer any questions the homeowner may have including permitting, materials, and construction methods. An informed customer is a happy customer. We especially like the fact that we are either solving a customers problem or completing their favorite projects

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Roofing prices vary in the type of home structure. Our base pricing starts at 300 per sq. for a single level ranch with only one layer of shingles. Prices increase for a 2 story, 3 story or higher. Prices also increase for multiple shingle layers.
Siding prices also vary depending on siding quality. A standard price for siding is 375 per sq, and can go much higher depending on siding chosen, such as vinyl, wood, metal or cement board.
Gutters typically cost $7.00 per lf
Other projects like home remodels, decks or additions require more input for pricing.
How did you get started in this business?
Started in construction at age 12 as a clean up helper. After school and on weekends, I was earning 5 dollars a week in 1966. The Contractor I worked for built houses from the ground with the help of his 2 brothers, so I slowly learned multiple trades,..carpentry, plumbing, roofing, masonry, electrical, and wood trim. At 17 I joined the Army , served with the 5th and 10 th special operations group as medic. I was honorably discharged in 1975 and worked as a correctional officer for the next 2 years. I started a one man construction company in 1977 and in a non-related occurrence was hired by the Dow chemical company. I worked those 2 jobs for the next 23 years until my private company demanded all my attention. I retired from Dow abd decided to concentrate on residential construction .
What types of customers have you worked with?
In construction you make contact with all religions, nationalities, ethnic groups, races and social economic levels. The one thing they all have in common is this, they have construction needs...and that's where we excel.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently installed a new roof for a doctor that works at P&G. He was a transplant from England and his last place of employment was Harlingen, Tx. MYyself and my wife are Texans .He kept talking about what he and his boys missed most was the Tex Mex food. I told my wife about it and she cooked and delivered him and his boys an authentic Tex Mex meal. We finished the job and he suggested a Tex style cookout to celebrate. My wife bought tons of food and I took my Texas sized grill to his house. We thought it was just going to be his family and us,..but he invited the WHOLE BLOCK!! Needless to say, we had a GRAET time, met lots of really nice people and even gained a few customers.
