What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Just to be considerate of people's time, everyone is wanting to get projects completed in a timely manner but it happens a little slower than an episode of HGTV show. Also please understand we're coming to your to do work to upgrade your house, not to clean your house before we remodel it.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are you ready to proceed with work, if you're just curious about projects you might not even do please limit that to phone calls. Also if you do get an estimate from a pro do NOT be hesitant to let them know you're going another direction. No is most contractors second favorite answer.
