We are an insured full service home improvement and contracting firm serving NKY and the greater Cincy area. The guys and I have decades of experience, and use only qualified personnel and licensed tradespeople for areas that require it.
Our goal is to give you a value based product based on what you (the client) really want from us. We will establish a clear line of communication and set realistic expectations and prices prior to starting any project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Immediate contact with client to find out basic job description. Set up site visit if job is in our wheelhouse.
- Site visit with either myself or our field manager. Meet with client at that time. After seeing the rough parameters of the job, we can give them a rough timeframe for any proposed repairs to see if timeline will work out. Based on the job we could also give them a "very rough" cost estimate.
- If both parties agree to move forweard with a thorough bid, we will get proper measurements, material quality specs, etc. Based on the complexity of the job there may be many variables to a larger job. We will provide a written, line item bid that transparently breaks down all costs. Prior to starting any job, both parties will need to be clear of job specs, proposed schedules, paymentss, yada. We won't move forward unless everybody is on the same page.
- If we get the go ahead for work, a schedule will be set and we will get the ball rolling. Once the job is in process we will get it complete as efficiently as possible. Our team will proceed forward with an eye towards cleanliness, safety, and job specs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I myself have 15+ years in construction and construction management experience. Our crew has many more years experince in actual site work. Our mechanical guys (electric, plumbing, HVAC) all have active state issued licenses.
