About
Since opening Bob's Onsite Computer Repair back in March 2017, I've maintained a 5 out of 5 star review rating average on every major website that lists my business (Google, Yelp, etc.) with over 200 reviews. I am very proud of this and it lets potential customers know what kind of service to expect.
I've been doing computer repair and technical support for over 30 years for both residential and business customers so my work gets done as fast and efficiently as possible. I also have over 30 years experience in customer service. With this skillset, I am sure to save you money and make sure you are happy with my work.
I not only fix their computer but I give them lots of helpful information while I am working on their computer.
I love working on computers! Even after 30+ years, I still have jobs that are challenging and rewarding to complete.
Also, it makes me feel good to know I am helping my customers and that they are happy with my work.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what kind of computer the customer has, what issue(s) they are experiencing, then the customer and I arrange a time convenient for them for me to arrive at their location or they can work out a time to drop it off. I let them know that I will call one hour in advance for verification before I head their way and I try to give them an estimate of how long it will take to fix their issue if they ask.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

How did you get started in this business?
Even before I went to college for computers, I was always the guy that friends and family would suggest or ask to fix their computers. People call me a computer guru.
I knew computers were my calling since the first time I used an Atari 800XL in the 80's.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with every kind of customer you can think of over my career.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Receiving over 180 Google reviews from my customers and averaging 5.0 out of 5.0 stars for my business. Take a look yourself by searching Bob's Onsite Computer Repair on Google!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find the business with the highest review rating, then take the time to read through their reviews. If the reviews all sound legit, you very likely have found the right business
Stay away from pricing that seems too good to be true as you usually get what you pay for!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How old is the computer you are having issues with?
Would you rather have everything transferred to a new or newer computer or have your current computer fixed?
I can either fix your current computer, transfer everything on your broken computer to an upgraded used computer (I almost always have some very nice upgraded, used laptops and desktops for sale), or build you a custom desktop. Whatever you need, I've got you covered.
