What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we are contacted by a potential customer their information is logged onto one of our Lead Sheets. From there the customer is contacted and all information is gather in lead sheet. We then set an appt for an Estimate. Our estimates are typically done in a timely fashion. Once work is approved we set up job for production and work for a Five Star Rating!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 Years Experience in Home Improvement, Rehabbing, Home Repairs and Build/ Design. Our Combined experience in house is 100+ years combined.

We use standardized Hourly pricing for projects.
How did you get started in this business?
Started as a Dealer/ Company Owner in the Coatings business after leaving a Pharmaceutical career.
What types of customers have you worked with?
we hace worked with custmers from all sectors and tax brackets. We have done volunterr work helping others after natrual disasters to Rock and Roll Stars and Beyond.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would suggest a couple things. Work with s Contractor that uses their own team members, never give more then material money as a down payment and get to know them as a person through a series of emails and calls. A repsonsive contractor is a great contractor.
