What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sitting down with the customers to understand their project is arguably the most important step in the process. Understanding the wants and needs of a homeowner is vital when delivering a quality result on budget and time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having experience passed down through 3 generations my education and training comes from generations of experience; however, I am still learning new techniques and building practices since codes and best practices are being updated all the time.
How did you get started in this business?
Getting started in home renovations started early in my life helping my grandfather and father who both worked in construction.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It helps customers to compare apples to apples by getting a detailed quote from a contractor or home renovations expert. Ask for a breakdown between materials and labor in any quote. We always provide a description of materials and labor in every quote we give to a customer to offer complete transparancy to our customers.
