What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I stop the jobsite the customer is wanting the work done at to see the exact type of work and conditions of the job to give an estimate.Within a 24 hour time period I give them a call back with the estimate and time frame of the job as well as answering any questions the customer might have.From there as soon as the customer is ready to begin work I set the schedule and begin the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1)I have 2 years at the Wayne County Career Center where I took building trades and carpentry.
2) I completed a blueprint and business management class I received a certificate for completion.
3) I completed a 4 year Apprentice program for the plasters and cement Masons Local 80 in Cleveland Ohio.
4) I have 5 years of being a foreman on many different job sites where I deligated what the day work for the men would be, And then over 10 years as a superintendent for two different companies where I was in charge of between two to seven jobs at one time.
