Koogle Design works with owners to custom design homes, additions, and renovations. Finding out what is important to each client and completing a plan that works efficiently with their lifestyle is an exciting process.
The planning of your home should be your favorite part of your project. We can meet at your site so that you gain the information needed to help you make a decision about what path to take with your ideas. By the end of the session, you will be grateful that we have talked about what you want to do and will feel prepared with the direction you’re taking. We would cover your ideas, suggest some of our own, discuss the design process, begin a program list for your home, and present examples of our previous projects. From there we would define the scope of work and compile a detailed proposal for services. Photos of what you have in mind are helpful.
We work well with builders and have completed many beautiful homes. Having your drawings prepared by a Residential Designer will more than pay for itself and will result in a more practical, efficient, and attractive home that is customized to your lifestyle.
