About
We truly care about our customers. You are a name and not a number. We want to bring back the true small business mentality that is missing in so many businesses now. We take our time answering any questions you may have.
I enjoy everything about the work I do from meeting my customers to the repairs themselves.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer and listen to all that's wrong with the equipment. We offer different solutions based on each individual problem. We take down some contact info and they get stored in our database. We then get the equipment back to the shop to do a complete diagnosis and call with the quote. Once approved by the customer we repair and then call them to set up a delivery time
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've spent alot of time reading about small engine repair, working with others in the industry, and 3 years flipping equipment.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We have a standard pricing system for tune ups. All other repairs are equipment based. Not all equipment is made the same and what maybe easy on one maybe hard on the other.
How did you get started in this business?
I started by buying and flipping mowers. People started asking me to do repairs and it just took off.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do both commercial and home owner repairs. Our average customer is middle class but we definitely have customers in the lower class and upper class communities.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask about turn around time. I've heard to many complaints about other companies in my area taking a month or 2 to do a tune up.
