Hi my names joe Kozlowski and i own kozlowski's property Maintenance. Im a local lawn Maintenance/landscaping company. I always provide 100% satisfaction and always make sure my customer's are happy before i leave a property. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always show up to the property at the time needed. Then i greet the customer with a smiling face and always ask if they would like to walk their property with me. Then I'll walk the property and discuss all boundaries, edge lines, and mowing preferences. Then i make sure to complete all tasks in a timely manner and make sure the customer is happy before i leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years experience in tree work and felling. 10 years experience in lawn seevice and landscaping as well.
