Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to meet with the customer to establish their project needs. From that point I will create the design concept and established a more formal estimate for presentation.
If the customer chooses to move forward with Hardscape Masters we will present our contract with payment options for the customer's signature.
Once the contract is signed we will schedule the project start date with estimate completion date included.
Finally, we feel it is very important to work closely with our customer during the entire install process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years experience in the landscape/hardscape business. From working at a local nursery throughout high school and collage, then working closely with my father on many of his jobs and he was a masonry. Finally I have 7 years experience working at a golf course as part of the grounds crew heavily involved with the landscape design and maintenance of the 18 hole course.
