What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk to them. Tell them of my background and our skills. Set an appointment to see the needs that they have. Evaluate site. Bid on the work and explain the work to be done. Negotiate final price or designs. Receive 1/2 down if landscaping or wait for mowing. Begin the job. Perform the work whether landscaping or mowing. Evaluate the work with the customer. Collect balance of contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated at the top of my Landscaping and Construction class at OSU/ATI in 2001. Won several scholarships for the work that I did at OSU/ATI. Took a class at Aquascape's Pond Building Day. Took 2 classes with Rain Bird irrigation designs. 3 classes with Unilock patio building and retaining wall building. 5 classes with ONLA landscape design. Taken many classes that was provided by the ONLA at the CENT show in January for many years.

Standard city lot sizes $25.00. Most everything else is custom priced.
