What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting as much information from customers as possible to understand their cleaning needs. I then explain how I will go about reaching their goal and go on with scheduling from there also answering any questions they may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been professionally trained by accredited businesses previous to cleaning independently. I have 10 years of professional cleaning experience and customer service skills.
How did you get started in this business?
I started out cleaning up after fire and water damage. Cleaning homes and businesses devastated by flooding or fire damage. Cleaning after a fire in a home is very detailed and rigorous work. This is where I was first professionally trained to clean. Then I moved on to a well known cleaning company, where I was trained to clean residential and commercial properties. I quickly advanced to Manager or my team. I received the highest quality of cleaning scores every year I worked there. Finally I was ready to branch out on my own. I love the connection I make with my customers and being truly appreciated for my hard work . Cleaning is definitely my passion and I love waking up and going to work everyday! Life is good!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would go with experience over lower prices. Also look at any reviews you can find on the professionals you are interested in.

How soon do you need services? What type of cleaning you need? Make a priority list! Do you have a budget? How likely are you to hire?
