What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New project starts from our first interaction with the client. We set an appointment for when an estimater can meet with the client and see what the client needs to be done. Within a few days, the client will recieve a detailed estimate whether in person or through email.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We usually price our jobs based on square feet and in some occassions, by time and labor.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers in different countires and in multiple states. Ranging from cocmmerical and residential clients. Here at Precision Painting NY, we also have workers who have previously worked on multily million dollar projects.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently, we worked on a house that had not been updateed since the 1960s. The exterior paint on this home was flaking and the house was in desperate need of some revamping. Upon completion of this house, the customer was astonished. She could not believe this was her same home, she began sharing the photos all over social media. She even invited neighbors to come view.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advice my customers to have some idea of what they want. It is always better when the customer has some idea of what they are looking for. However, in the circumstance that the customer has no clue regarding what they want their project to look like, we will work with them inorder to see to it that the job is done to the customer's liking.
