I wake up every morning excited for every project and I take on every day's a new day and what I love to do it's not even like a job this is fun for me to make people's dreams come true to use your ideas and create them in front of you that's what I love about the job all of it
I love every aspect of what I do that's what I do that's why I do it the old will take wood from scratch and build somebody's dreams to be able to take someone's old home and turn it into a new one there's so many other aspects of why I love what I do every day I'm excited to get up and go do my job and take care of my customers

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the customer giving the customer free estimate reviewing with them everything that they would like to have done going home giving a breakdown returning a phone call or coming back in person with a contract breakdown or by email I like to do it in person most times because you can explain things better that way and get a feel for people and make them feel comfortable about what's going on it's really that's what it's about keeping customers comfortable keeping them updated on what's going on at what you're doing
