What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our onboarding process is as simple as it comes, we start with a phone call to determine if we are a fit, discuss rates and expectations, followed by jumping right into the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have certifications from A+, Microsoft, HP, Toshiba, Cisco and others. Our lead tech has 30 years of field experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For onsite service, we have a 1 hr minimum. After this, we charge in 15 minute blocks. Remote work is in 15 minute blocks only. All work is on an hourly basis instead of project basis. Our rate for COD work is $175 per hour. Our Corporate billed clients are $200 per hour.
How did you get started in this business?
In 1990, I had side clients for IT and loved the business. I got into consulting working for others and eventually went out on my own.
