About
My service stands out the farthest because my decisions come from the best choice for the client, and NOT for any other reason. All my services are peronalized specific to each client and I work with them in price the best I can.
Being able to be the help the clients need; coming in to save the day. I love having the knowledge to assist people in the times they need it most

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hearing the symtoms of the issues they're having, suggestions few resolutions + cost, laying everything out, and letting the client decide what they want to do. I'll often give recommendations and sometimes my personal opinion on specific issues (example: if you're replacing the mother board on a [used] computer that cost less than $500 when you bought it....it probably isn't worth it and you should invest towards a replacement laptop)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with clients for about 10 years now, and I've worked in almost all of the more common retail stores that allow computer repair services. I know the ins and outs of how all of those business make their money and stray away from how they do their business (willing to lie to customer to "close a sale" on a repair that isn't needed. Or offering a fix for something when you can put the same money towards an upgrade that would resolve the issue they're coming to you with PLUS increase system performance)
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I work with the customer on whatever price suits their budget the best. I have relatively standard rates, but I treat everyone as PEOPLE and I understand if they need a discount in hard times. It's just a matter of reaching out and seeing what I can do for you.
