What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With every new customer we like to do a walk through to see what the job entails. We work up a fair price and discuss the price with customer. Upon approval we shall begin work. In any job requiring materials we do request a deposit for materials only upfront all labor charges are do upon completion of job. At that point we do a final walk through with the customer to ensure the job is completed with customer satisfaction. Our customers satisfaction is our goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At this moment no official education has been completed. One of the owners is currently obtaining a landscaping design certificate. Myself have been trained by other landscapers on the job. While researching new techniques.
