It is very satisfying to help my clients realize they’re dreams come to fruition for their outdoor living space, or to help them correct a problem they may be experiencing with on their property.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with a new customer and get to know their needs by asking as many questions as may be necessary to get a good “feel” for what they are wanting. Often times I come up with ideas they have never thought of.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in this industry for nearly 20 years now. I attend many seminars and training courses to stay current with industry trends.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the company you consider doing business is properly insured.
The Cheapest price given for the job may not be the best option.....
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Do they have a good idea of the budget requirement. It’s a huge letdown for a customer when they realize their “dream” is way above the constraints of their wallet.
