About
We are committed to quality . We don 't do things we aren't experienced in , we are family owned & operated . On a personal note I ( Maurice L. Henry ) owner have been in the field for decades , starting with Service Master in 1985 just learning how to operate different kinds of cleaning machines & fire restoration to running a crew that serviced several large accounts in the capital district . I train my employees personally , it keeps the niche . We do certain things in homes , carpet & upholstery , windows , all types of floor care and we specialize in wood . We offer a more personal touch , everyone of us are involved one way or another .
The smile that crosses the face of my customers , oh and my own smile brings me comfort .

How did you get started in this business?
On my last job as a janitor I was earning $ 8.63 per hr although they had a lot of perks , I have a family and at that amount I was just barely making ends meet . When we departed I said why keep making others money when I have the know how to do the work all I need is equipment and education so I started putting everything together and now [email protected] is a reality . A lot of subcontracting is how we were able to pay for equipment , the education was funded through my full time job as a cook . And I continue to learn by taking suggestions, reading, asking questions and working with other pros .
What types of customers have you worked with?
Commercial facility management , home owners , contractors or builder's who are seeking project cleaners and realty companies .

I did a bundle for a contractor , the job was priced out for $ 2600 they called me and I was able to save them ( Shades ) $ 800 dollars .

Always ask for at least two references .
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Businesses are created to make revenue so pricing should always be on the table along with the quality of work that is expected .
